About Karissa Bentley
Hi, I’m Karissa! I help business owners figure out why everything feels harder than it should.
Usually, people don't call me because they're looking for an “operations consultant.”
They call because there's too much going on.
Everything is waiting until the last minute.
The same problems keep happening.
Employees aren't following the process.
The owner is still involved in everything.
And the one person who knows how everything works can't take a week off without something falling apart.
That's the stuff I help fix.
I work with growing small businesses to figure out where time is being wasted, where money is slipping through the cracks, what's getting stuck between people, and why everything keeps coming back to the owner.
Sometimes the problem is the process.
Sometimes it's employee accountability.
Sometimes you're entering the same customer information in three different places, following up manually, or paying for software that isn't actually helping.
And sometimes you've grown so quickly that the way you used to run the business just doesn't work anymore.
I don't start with software.
I start by learning how your business actually works.
How does a new lead come in?
Who follows up?
Who schedules the work?
Who knows what needs to happen next?
What happens when somebody forgets?
And what are you still doing that someone or something else should be handling?
Then we fix what's making the business harder to run.
That might mean a simpler workflow, better scheduling, automated follow-up, employee scorecards, clearer responsibilities, a dashboard you can actually understand, or finally getting the tools you're already paying for to work together.
The goal isn't to make your business more complicated.
It's to make it easier to run.
Less chasing people down.
Less doing things twice.
Less putting out fires.
Less information living in somebody's head.
And more confidence that things are getting done even when you're not standing there watching.
Because growing your business shouldn't mean becoming more trapped inside it.
I want you spending less time keeping the wheels from falling off and more time doing the things only you can do — growing the company, leading your people, serving your customers, or simply being able to leave for a week without wondering what's falling apart back home.
